Actually they're the same. The red Nina is the one from the artworks of the game, while the pink Nina is from her own sprite in the game. For some reason they're different from each other.

I'm fairly sure that Red is from 1 and the pink is from 3 (red has a solid expanse of wings while the pink has a split style wing from 3... although the dress color should have been reversed)

No, neoniak is correct. They are both from BOFIII, the red dress is the official art version and the pink dress one is the in-game sprite. Remember that BOF I Nina did not wear a dress, she wore a red tunic and breastplate.

For some reason they did not match up the in-game sprite with the official artwork design for Nina III.
