The lady on the back seems to be carrying clothes. Surely a rear guard of sort. When a soft porno of a Japanese girl going about publicly in her skin is made, a number of hired (from the production of the clip) help goes about to raise alarm if something does not go as it should and it's time to clothe the main actress and plead innocence.
