I think it's more of a yandere territorial thing. 'Ragna might like *other* girls with big boobies' is probably her line of thinking - although I don't think it comes up in canon, the slightest possibility of competition is probably enough for her to go completely berserk murder-crazy.

To Anon6: Well, in the drama CD, which I believe was set in time loop #723, Nu attacked and killed Tsubaki with the Legacy Edge, her Astral, while stating something along the lines of "I hate that girl", because she was convinced that Ragna and Tsubaki had become a couple, leading to her getting jealous of Tsubaki... What horrendous acts had Nu caught Tsubaki doing with Ragna to provoke her wrath to such a degree she that felt Tsubaki had made herself deserving of the overkill amongst overkills? Oh, I'll tell you what she had caught them doing! She had caught Tsubaki in the same room as Ragna, currently tending to the injuries that Ragna inflicted on Jin during their earlier fight... Yandere? "Abso-fucking-lutely" doesn't even begin to cover it.

@Anon#430408: Well, technically Nu should have the same bust size as Noel and Saya, given that SPOILERS: Nu and Noel are clones of Saya. However, Nu is often given what I call the "Saber treatment" (just Saber Arturia, though given that Saber Nero's boobs actually are that big), where fan artists draw her boobs much bigger than canon, much to my chagrin. On a side note, the opposite is the "Flonne treatment", fan drawing a character's boobs smaller than canon.
