Pretty lame this got censored in the U.S. release. It wasn't even sexual, just surgery, and it wasn't even the actress real breasts, some fake rubber prop. Also dumb they censored her suicide in the U.S. release.

Oh but 1000s dying at the hands of a giant mech and giant monster totally fine.
