The translations go along something like this:
Top: "Hey, don't do that...actually, it feels kind of comfy <#"
Middle: "Hey wait! Don't go so far, AHH!"
Bottom: "Looks like I'm done for... I'm going into his belly.. I'm sorry..I...Couldn't...be...a..better...sister..."

I kinda like this.
it's genuinely disturbing because her reactions seem so real (in some parts).
I imagine that the swalot's saliva contains a toxin that sends it's victims into a mild state of euphoria. It's not crazy to think that an animal might evolve something like that to keep it's pray from fighting back.
The genuine terror shown in her face in the middle shot. She's panicking. She knows she going to die.
"I'm... done for... everything... below my waist... is...(gone/dissolved)" this paints a vivid image of how gruesome this is, and it let's us know that she can feel everything. It even sounds like it's coming from somebody who is suddenly missing their legs and is expecting more to come.
This isn't porn by any stretch of the imagination, but (as somebody who has seen more death up close and personal than I care to recount here) I do think it's disgustingly beautiful.
