actually she is a he and a she at the same time, cause in the english dub, they have the voice actress for alexis do the voice of yubel as well, but in the japanese dub, they have 2 different people voicing yubel, one a male and another a female, so it depends on which country you are looking at in their point of view, i personaly want to see in the english point of view

Actually, the male half of her seiyuu vanishes after Judai/Jaden banishes the Light of Destruction from her by fusing with her. THe male voice was the Light of Destruction that had corrupted her.
