Unfortunately if she were high enough up in the Mechanicus to be able to work on such blessed machines as the Dreadnoughts she wouldnt have very many fleshy bits left. She would look a lot more like the Mechanicus Enginseer on her right. And then again Mechanicus adepts dont work on Dreadnoughts or any of the Space Marine war machines, they are tended by the Chapter's Tech-Marines

Any adept that wishes to rise above Enginseer must surrender their weak flesh for the strength of the machine, for blessed is he/she that trancends their flesh to become more machine than man and such is the Magos. That and the Marines inside Dreadnoughts are hardwired into them, they become a permanent part of the Dreadnoughts Armored body

Fail Anon 7, you know nothing of the Adeptus Mechanicus! Any adept that wishes to rise above Enginseer must surrender their weak flesh for the strength of the machine, for blessed is he/she that trancends their flesh to become more machine than man and such is the Magos. That and the Marines inside Dreadnoughts are hardwired into them, they become a permanent part of the Dreadnoughts Armored body
