Too many salty people are out on the internet. I personally think people overrate the main trio of girls even though they're so dysfunctional (because we love that) that they'd make terrible girlfriends.

The issue is that just about none of Kazuma's options ARE functional. His best options are Yunyun(if being married fixes her whole "for friends I will do anything" personality), Iris(assuming people aren't dumb enough to try and assassinate Kazuma, or Chris/Eris (beyond her zealotry her personality isn't too bad, and Kazuma might get immortality out of the deal?)

And as stated, even the best options have some major flaws. Yunyun is extremely gullible. Iris route is practically asking to get assassinated, and while few can outfight Iris getting around her wouldn't be too difficult. Eris is 1: A zealot (and REALLY vengeful, considering that she spam kills a demon for harming Darkness IN SELF-DEFENSE, despite the fact that he's just doing his job) and 2: A god, and she's already using a lot of the time she's supposed to spend working playing around. If she did marry Kazuma, either he's stuck in heaven doing basically nothing or Chris's job doesn't get done, so everything goes to shit.
