It's what she looks like in various situations: Happy, Sad, Embarrassed...the last two are "In front of someone she likes" and "in front of someone she hates".

It's not quite the same as that particular chart you're referring to Anon2, but close enough I guess.

Added some translations. Some of these were... odd. Had a hard time coming up with single-word translations that made sense as some of these are phrases. The last row, middle column one kind of confuses me. It translates to something like losing your temper, but the expression doesn't seem to match... several of the expressions don't seem to match the text... I can't guarantee 100% accuracy for these.
