Sad truth is that in the original VNs, Shirou was actually a bit on the smaller side of average penis size. The sex scenes show, particularly with his threesome with Sakura and Rider, that his entire penis length could very easily be covered by just a woman's fingers, sans thumb, without any difficulty; no strain or stretching. And these are women's hands, which are smaller than a man's.

He's probably the thickness of two fingers and just as long. He's is a defiance of the idea that he has to be big down there.
