Theres similarity but shes simply wearing a military outfit. This is based off a fan-fiction using the MGE universe. Its about a lilim owning a city and meets a man she believes is going to marry her but instead tries to assassinate her and after some development and other attacks she becomes serious and starts to raise an army capable of invading and defending. Its not all death and gloom, there is some romance to it between the assassin and the lilim. They eventually become a couple
