Advice concerning O-157!!
Keep the knives, chopping boards and other kitchen utils, and foodstuffs, clean!
Heat the food adequately! (over a minute at 75°C)
Wash your hands with soap after going to the toilet and before cooking and eating!
To prevent an O-157 infection you should...
Wash your hands!
Before meals, and after going to the bathroom...
