I assume the original pic is them holding up their ace monsters, so I think Anon1 is right. These are their "ace cards".
I also thought the card names could have been an acronym, but there's no acronym that makes sense:
Monster Reborn (or Reborn Monster) (M or R)
Elemental Hero Bubbleman (just Bubbleman would make it MB or RB, which doesn't make sense) (E)
Speed Spell: Angel Baton (S or A)
Bubble Bringer (B)

The only one that doesn't make sense is Yuma. Bubble Bringer is Shark's card & was only used once in the anime.

Yuma isn't holding Bubble Bringer, that card is Half Unbreak. I believe that the joke has nothing to do with an acronym but rather the card that normally saves the protagonists ass before starting a comeback.
