i am not to sure i think they were so focused on the bodies they did not really put much effort into the bottom part of the pic

Its perspective, but its pretty badly done. Foreshortening done badly always sticks out like this.
A shame, its p. cute otherwise. The world needs more swimsuit Ibuki.
