Left thigh/knee is completely missing, making it look like her left foot is coming out of her ass. Also, her right foot is reversed. Stomach looks wrong, breasts don't sit on her thorax like it ought to. Hips are... broken, I guess. Arms are too short, shoulders/back/neck aren't connecting correctly...
Basically, everything looks wrong.
