The art-style IS Urushihara.

Whether it says it or not if you know the artist's work there's no denying it.

It looks really nice!

Urushihara did the ending animation sequences for ikki tousen.
therefore it only makes sense he'd do some side art for it.
besides, anon2 is right, you can tell his work when you see it, and it's most certainly not kawarajima's or yoshimoto's work either.

It's possible his apprentice did it they are nearly indistinguishable unless you are very familiar with both.
