So many anatomical errors here. Already the toes are gross but also her chest, breasts, arms, shoulders, hands... and despite leaning onto a pillow, there's no sense of weight whatsoever here. She's just floating.
I'd say her ass is the only thing that looks right but even that looks wrong, namely her crotch and space between the buttocks.
