This outfit may be sexy but it just sort of makes sense that people from places with warmer climates would wear less clothes. Blanka, Laura, Elena and maybe a bit of Menat. Zangief kind of the exception but he’s a wrestler and fighting in other countries so it’s still sort of reasonable.
