Agreed. There are so few ponygirl pics on Gelbooru. Even this one, while good, is lacking in some areas; her arms not bound (though her hands are rendered useless) and there is no harness. There isn't a blindfold or even a blinker.
One of the most important things about being a ponygirl is that ponies lose access to their arms completely. Not just their hands, their arms. It's why it's so imperative for a ponygirl not to trip and fall down, and also, the main reason I would enjoy being a ponygirl if I had the choice to.
As for the harness and blindfold, well, that's important too. Ponygirls are often kept blindfolded; like real horses, they rely on a master to guide them. The harness is necessary to do that. The blindfold deprives her of vision, though some ponies are allowed limited access through blinkers.
These things are very important to a pony, as the combination of inaccessible arms, inaccesibility of vision, and the requirement for the high step means that pony girls are very prone to falling over. This is something that ponygirls learn to overcome.
