in the top panel "Chris" the guy I'm guessing, is asking if someone loves him.
ine the bottom panel the creepy looking dude says "I love you"

I'm not sure how it should be romanized, but the first one is said by "kuraisu", and it also says "I love you"
I believe the second one is said by a servant (I don't know much Japanese, but the four kanji mean something like "lord", "house", "to serve", and "person", so I think it says something like "servant from the lord's house")
