I'm not sure how it should be romanized, but the first one is said by "kuraisu", and it also says "I love you"
I believe the second one is said by a servant (I don't know much Japanese, but the four kanji mean something like "lord", "house", "to serve", and "person", so I think it says something like "servant from the lord's house")
