Of course the American version would win... Not only is the American PPG stronger but they little monsters that have no qualms about murdering people.
Interestingly enough the "him" (or Who?) in PPGZ is far stronger in that show than he ever was in PPG... but the PPGZ has a ridiculous weak spot while the PPG version you can just pummel until he drops dead.
So while the PPG could beat the PPGZ, I doubt they could ever beat "him" when he started heating up. Blossoms ice breath? Nah... I'd wager the girls would try their combined flaming kitten on him first which would raise his power so much that the ice breath wouldn't work.
