The knife is almost clean - there is a bit blood on it - because it wasn't used to cut her leg. You can't do that with a knife. So it could be the weapon of the girl pictured. She was in a fight and lost.

Moral of the story: don't bring a knife to a katana fight!

There is a blood covered wire in the picture (at first it may seem like part of the floor, but if you look along its length it's above the girl), most likely what cut her leg off.

Muahaha, It's the main character from Blank Blood! Thats her knife and she looses ehr leg like that if you run into a almost invisible shiny line (It's a very hard game full of traps that chops you up and stuff)
