So I think the text is:
"実はこの
パーカーの下。。。
上も下も
何も着けてない
んだよねー"
Which I think is something like: "Actually under this hoodie. Both above and below, I don't wear anything!" For the last line it's telling me "I don't know." But that doesn't seem right. Maybe Something closer to "Nothing, See?" I'd appreciate someone with better language skills giving a better translation.
