Hold on, doesn’t something she wear allow those feline features to happen? Don’t get me wrong, I ain’t complaining about what I see. I’m just wondering if that is possible within the logic of the series.

Anon1 is correct. Her feline features are a result of her belt.

She only gains feline features permanently when she merges with it at the end of the manga.
