I don't really know kanji very well, but the first three panels are simple enough.

"Ui, join the light music club too!"
"Sure. I'll think about it, alright?"
<To herself> "Geez, Onee-chan."

Past this, it says something about how if she joins the light music club, <something or other> <something about seeing her sister>.

Depending on what the last panel says, the "yandere" tag may or may not be appropriate.
