If I had to guess from the handwritten part and the cut-out part, I'd say the half-hidden part is some text beside the button, probably saying it's a "device" from Ryuujou, and inviting to press it to try and find the "difference".

The gray part would be the inside of the "device", where Ryuujou is trapped, trying not to make any noise while someone (Ikazuchi, from the tags) is actively trying to figure what the button does (and what it does is probably switching the settings of the vibrators inside Ryuujou)

For the translation, the readable and guessable kanjis:
龍驤さ - Ryuujou sa
差額ぶん - sagaku bun
このボタン - kono botan
押せばいいの - oseba iino

As far as I could guess, there should be
龍驤さ[ん][...] - Ryuujou san (for the honorific) + something else
差額 means something like difference, no idea about the ぶん (probably because of some other hidden kanjis)
このボタン[を]押せばいいの[ですよ] - just press this button
