Yeah, but they are too big for the character's canon size is what he meant.
It's only like 1 cup size upgrade, so not horrible, but yes, she should be on the smaller side of B cup.

Artistic license.. Maybe they're not as good at drawing them smaller so they drew them the smallest size they're good at?
