I know literally nothing about the character at all, but if these are clothes designed for males, and she's wearing them, it's crossdressing, regardless of how often she wears them.
A woman in mens' clothing is crossdressing, whether she wears it once, or every day. Same goes for a man in a woman's clothes.
Same goes for traps. Even if the trap wears a frilly dress seven days a week, he's still a trap, and he's still crossdressing.
