Any "confirmation" would be something specific to translations. Some say "he", some say "she". In Japanese, the pronouns are ambiguous.

Regardless of translations and fanart and such, Chrona's gender is explicitly ambiguous. Not male, not female, deal with it.

Seriously people? Personally, i think Chrona is a boy. But thats just my opinion. It's also not fair to be judging and putting down others for their own opinion on the one character that nobody knows the gender of. And to those who say anything has stated the true gender of Chrona, are wrong. In the Anime, they say he is a boy, and the Manga, they say she is a girl. Get over it. People have their own damn opinions.... And I dont like this picture xD

I believe Crona is a girl because Crona wears a dress, Crona's hair style looks feminine, at the end of episode 60 of the manga Crona was covering his/her chest like a girl with a towel, and Crona is a girl's name, Cronan is the male version of it (Irish name).
