As usually happens when I look at Geass art, I find myself thinking way too hard about this picture. Wouldn't C.C. have hit menopause like, 600 years ago and be infertile? If her Code were taken, we can hypothesize that she would go back to being a human. Let's assume Suzaku has taken her Code and she is mortal again. (And the only reason V.V. died when Charles took his Code is because his body had undergone so much trauma before the Code was removed - like Jack shooting Barbossa and him dying because there was still a bullet in his heart when he became mortal)
