Canonicity in no way determines what is crack and what isn't. Especially in FE where some of the possible canon choices ARE downright crack pairings. Otherwise people wouldn't be calling Astrid X Makalov a crack pairing, or TV Tropes wouldn't be listing Kyle X Lute, Sylvia X Claude, or Eirika X Ephraim as crack pairings either. And really, why do people think that Lyn "likely had Sue" when there's practically nothing that implies it? If anything the implications that she likely had Lilina are far greater. Adding to that, Oswin and Serra are in no way stated to be related to Wendy in any way, let alone stated to be her parents.
