The only downside I could possibly see to this is that, given how well "Attack Ride: ORE SANJOU" worked for Decade...well, in a nutshell:

Momotaros = Magikarp.

Actually, given how well all the OTHER Imajin's Attack Rides worked, Den-O in its ENTIRETY = Magikarp.

(Of course, by this logic, Climax Form = Gyarados, so it all works out!)

Den-O would be more like a Magikarp at level 17, after it's learned Tackle but it's still not worth anything.
