@ #1287644, Actually that's not the name of the artist, Monkey Jay is just the name of the guy colored the picture. The artist is a guy named Chiba Toshirou who happens to have an amazing portfolio of work. And around the time he drew this particular picture, he was often putting his sign on his subjects like tattoos.
