She's a character in the most popular(and best) DBZ game ever and she's awesome.
Canon is a meaningless word in Dragonball unless you only care about the original manga and nothing else.

#2533422 you forgot that this is the Dragon Ball Universe. Dead and gone mean NOTHING. Just ask any number of plot devices. As of Supers anime ending,Frieza is back as universal tyrant and they just let him go.XD
