I see you have a good eye, Joe. Why would they? Why would the staff allow her to walk like that? Because they don't care and they're not looking the way you looked at her. But hey, "getting ban" speedrun is also an option.

yes its very common for cosplayers to do that. its also common for them to report you to staff if you say anything or if they catch you looking. its because cons are suppose to be "slut shame" free or some shit idk. they usually use either feminism or trans movement to justify this
