I wouldn't do that, if I were you. Cats are known to unpredictable creatures. If you keep teasing him, it might jump at something else and considering the position you're in, that could be a very painful experience for you.

As idiotic as I may sound, I've done this before and my cat jumped on my ankle. It left a pretty fugly scar, and my mom got pretty pissed off. This is why you use cat toys, people. :/
