The strange lump and giant clit just showed up, in Spunky Knight Extreme, IIRC. She didn't have it in the original comic.

She also doesn't get the cowper's gland, clit urethra, testes, or ability to ejaculate from her massive clit until the very end of Spunky Knight XXX, when the final boss gets her into his lab and 'modifies' her. She wakes up with the ability to ejaculate from her clit.

So, the origin of the giant clit and giant lump remain a mystery, I guess.
