Wrong, If Retsu Unohana were 2,000+ Years old even by Shinigami Standards the Average Shinigami only lives to be 2,000 the only exception to that is Head-Captain Yamamoto whom is over 3000 Unohana Kyoraku and Ukitake are probably 500 - 700 maybe 900.
