If I was there, not only would I have a big grin on my face, I'd quickly place this lawbreaker under citizens arrest and escort her back to my home so I can fully demonstrate my superiority to those toys on her. ;^)

Attempting to place an individual under arrest is against the law itself unless you are an instated police officer or bounty hunter with valid license. This is also only against the law if young children are present, or if someone takes offense. Judging by the expressions of the individuals also present in this depiction, they are more stunned than offended. Excluding the one individual off to the left, in the rear. However, I see him making no move to notify the authorities, even though she has held that pose for a few seconds (evident by the fact that the trench coat is beginning to settle back into place).
Furthermore, I highly doubt an exhibitionist would consent to that. While not impossible, ninety percent of exhibitionists get off on being seen doing something forbidden or erotic in public. Offering to take her home with you for a night of what you consider 'fun' is soliciting a woman for sex. This is also illegal.
Also, seeing how you feel the need to stress your alleged 'superiority to those toys', I begin to doubt. When someone is pressed to say something like that, the inverse is usually true. I am going to leave off my deductions here, as I cannot find the words to describe my contempt for individuals like you without resorting to the language troglodytes like yourself are so fond of.
