If we're trying to be realistic here, it probably has a baculum and uses the penis for some evolutionary purpose besides mating, like how dolphins can basically use their penis like a hand.

There's only so much blood in the body though.. when it got hard the blood would leave its brain leaving it without enough oxygen to function and it would die from blood loss assuming the brain is in its skull and not closer to the genitals

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a Zubat should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat dick off the ground. The Zubat, of course, flies anyway, because Pokemon don't care what humans think is impossible.
