While it does look like Terra, body-wise I don't recall her ever having a tail or animal ears. Are we sure this is her?

Though she doesn't ever overtly have a tail - it's not an unreasonable addition.

Her hair and eye color change all the time. Her parents could explain why she suddenly has a tail.
