What if it's both? Perhaps all women are simply thrown to the tentacle beasts in the afterlife. Depending on who they are, they either enjoy being endlessly pleasured by the creatures, or detest them. It's eternal torment or eternal pleasure, based on what kind of person you are. Heaven and hell are the same place, then - the only difference is whether you can recognize your blessings or not.
