One of the characters has lilac hair and soft blue eyes like the girl in the image, she's called Mao Nonosaka. I didn't know who she was until I looked her up, but apparently she's a side character that's very forgettable. But other than that, it's really suspect at best, and it likely comes from the artist's commentary, if there is any.
