here is what i would do:

get a metal mesh net, set it up by my safe room door, shoot witch, run past net, close door, pull lever, restrain her, open door, take her down (still in restraints) enter safe house, close door, put her on bed, tie her up and fuck her zombie brains out, its more than likely that if she was pregnant her mother instinct would kick in and somewhat (not totally) override her desire to eat my flesh. (but i would test this by keeping her restrained in a room and seeing if she lunges at me. if not i still would test it, with a dummy.
