Why is this tagged "Big_Boss"?

I want to know if I'm missing something before I delete the tags. I'm not familiar with this character.

Big Boss is the name of the circle that produced the original monochrome version of this image.

I'd have a specific artist name, but I don't believe one has ever been given other than "Big Boss"

Artist went quiet and his quality was always kind of so-so. And never got better after years of working.
