She's saying "I..irashaimase... daze"
Which basically means "Welcome" (as a greeting when entering in a certain shop, in this pic, i suppose is a maid cafè). daze is Marisa catchphrase, and could be translated as "that's so", so she's basically saying "W-welcome.. that's so.", in a shy way.
