Angela's a fucking psycho, Lisa's one of the evil nurses, Maria is a manifestation, Heather is "The Chosen One" of the order, Mary is long dead and Claudia is an old, murderous bitch.

I'll take Cybil, TYVM. She's sane, badass and in the Good+ ending, actually survives.
