I believe this to be a poor photoshop because in the actual game CG set this is from, she isn't whipped with a crop and the headboard of her bed is visible and is not a white background

It wasn't deleted because the girl was punished, it was because it was a terrible edit by a group (or individual pretending to be a group) that goes by the name "punished girl", whose work is banned on the site.

Looking at it, that post was very poorly edited as well, so I have removed it.
