Dunno--do not see the resemblance to Krile. Even after I did the cross reference. I mean, Krile has a much different structure of bangs. And Marle has that left arm band that this character has. The general build of the Lamia here is similar to the Naga's from Chrono Trigger.

And IIRC Marle, Lucca and Chrono were presented as children in Chrono Cross.

Though, yes, Marle does have bigger breasts than this pictur. Considering she is running around the game in her underwear it is kind of hard to stuff that sort of stuff.
